Chicken, Sweet and Sour I (M, TNT)

4 chicken breast halves without skin
1/4 cup orange marmalade; or apricot or peach preserves
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
1/4 cup green pepper; chopped
3/8 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons low-calorie Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Preheat oven: 350°F.

In small bowl combine marmalade, onion soup mix, green pepper, soy sauce, orange juice and Italian dressing. Spray large pan or dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Place chicken breasts on pan and pour sauce over the top. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
