Chicken, Mayonnaise (M, TNT)

1 chicken, cut into eighths
1/2-3/4 cup mayonnaise (I use the cholesterol-free substitute)
paprika, pepper, crushed garlic, cinnamon and ginger (about 1/2 teaspoon each)
bread crumbs mixed with sesame seeds

Mix the mayonnaise with all the spices. Brush each piece of chicken with the mayo and then roll in the bread crumbs with sesame seeds.

Place in a single layer in a baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at moderate heat.
