Chicken, Marinated II (M, TNT)

Serves: 6 to 8

2 pounds chicken cutlets
1 bottle Italian salad dressing (or other gourmet salad dressing)
Seasoned bread crumbs

Line baking pan or cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with Pam.

Put chicken on sheet, making sure that the pieces don't touch each other. Pour dressing over chicken. Let stand and marinate for one hour.

Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350°F for about 50 minutes, or until no longer pink inside. Serve hot or cold.
