Chicken cutlets
Pound chicken thin. Place a pat of margarine and some chives on breast. Roll breast and secure with toothpicks.
Roll chicken in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Chicken breast can be frozen at this point. Defrost before cooking.
Place in preheated 350°F oven for 40 minutes.
