1 cup honey
Heat all ingredients together (except chicken) until honey is melted.
Place chicken quarters in a single layer, skin side down, in large baking pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover tightly with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake chicken for 30 minutes. Remove foil and turn chicken skin side up. Raise heat to 375°F and bake uncovered for another 30 minutes or until chicken is done and sauce is brown.
