Chicken Fajitas I (M, TNT)
Source: My daughter Rosella
Serves: Depends how many chicken breasts are used

Chicken Breasts, as many as you think you will need, washed, cut into small pieces like for stir fry
Bottled Onion marinade, or:
Onion powder
Garlic Powder
Any wine you have open
Teriyaki Sauce or Ginger Salad Dressing, just a little
Salt
Pepper
Chili Powder or any kind of chiles or hot sauce you like (optional)
2 green or red or yellow or orange bell peppers, sliced
1 to 2 onions, sliced

Marinate chicken breasts in the prepared marinade or a marinade made of onion powder, garlic powder, wine, teriyaki sauce, salt and pepper and chili powder.

Drain the peppers and onions and grill on an olive oil brushed grill. When done, remove to a pan where all the peppers and onions and chicken will fit.

Now, drain the chicken and cook on the grill where the peppers and onions have cooked previously.

When done, (browned), mix with the peppers and onions, and the mixture is now ready to serve with tortillas.

If making in advance, refrigerate and to warm, place in the microwave.

Poster's Notes:
Hopefully you have a George Foreman grill or I guess any grill can be used.

My daughter Rosella serves this frequently with tortillas or makes fajitas in advance.
