Chicken El Al (M, KLP, TNT)

1 kg (2.2 pounds) boneless chicken thighs (with skin)

Marinade:
80g honey
40g olive oil
40g wine vinegar
10g dried oregano
15g crushed garlic
100g small black raisins or currants
Salt and white pepper

Mix all marinade ingredients (except raisins) and marinate the chicken for 4 hours.

Add raisins. Grill or broil for 20 minutes.

Serve on bed of couscous or rice. Garnish with chopped parsley.
