Chicken, Coca-Cola, Weight Watchers (M, TNT)

Serves: 4

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can DIET coke (remember this is WW)
1/2 cup ketchup

Put the chicken in a saucepan, pour coke and ketchup over it and cook on top of stove or bake for 30-40 minutes.

The only points you have to count is the chicken.

Poster's Notes:
There was plenty of sauce. I added one cup of cooked rice to it (which was great), but it absorbed all the juice. Next time I will serve it as a side dish and spoon some of the sauce over it, leaving enough to spoon over the chicken.

My husband and sons loved it, but of course, I had to wait until they finished their dinner before I told them it was made with coke. LOL They said they would eat it again.
