Chicken, BBQ Peach (M, TNT)

Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 large can peach halves
BBQ sauce

Tuck edges of chicken under forming a ball. Place in roasting pan.

Mix peach juice with approximately 1/2 bottle of bbq sauce. Pour over chicken. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350°F, baste often. Top each chicken with a peach half the last 1/2 hour of cooking. Baste.

Arrange on serving platter leaving peaches on top of chicken. Serve extra sauce on the side.

Poster's Notes:
Amount of sauce needed depends on the amount of chicken. Keep ratio of peach juice and bbq sauce the same when making extra.
