6 oz. semisweet chocolate
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup margarine
l tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 baked pie shell
Melt 6 oz. semisweet chocolate. (Can be done in the microwave.)
Mix (in electric mixer) icing sugar and margarine. Add melted chocolate, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 4 eggs.
Let mix until quite thick (it could take 10 minutes or so). Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with pareve whipped cream and shredded chocolate. Put in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Recipe can be doubled. Do not freeze.

This is the best chocolate pie I have ever had. I make it every couple of weeks for Shabbat, or more if my son-in-law begs!
