Crust, Pie II (P, TNT)

Yield: 1 9" pie crust

1 cup white flour
1/3 to 1/2 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. ice-cold water

Mix salt and flour together.

Using a fork, mix in oil until dough seems crumbly. Add ice water one tablespoon at a time, mixing first with the fork, then your hand, until dough seems firm but soft enough to roll.

Roll out between two sheets of wax paper, and then place in pie dish.

Bake according to your recipe for your quiche or pie.
