Crust, Pie I (P, TNT)

Yield: 1 pie shell

2 tbsp. water
1/4 cup oil
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Pre-heat oven to 425°F.

Mix flour and salt.

Pour oil and water into one-cup measure. Do not stir.

Add all at once to flour. Stir just until mixed. Roll into a ball. Flatten slightly. Chill if desired.

Place between two sheets of wax paper or plastic wrap. Roll gently to make a circle.

Peel off top paper. Flip crust into pie plate and peel off bottom paper. Pierce bottom and side with fork.

Bake for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

Recipe can easily be doubled or cut in half.
