Crust, Graham Cracker I (P, TNT)

Yield: 1 9" pie crust

1 cup Graham cracker crumbs (about 16 squares)
2 tbsp. Splenda or sugar
1 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. canola oil
2 tbsp. egg white

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat pie pan with oil spray.

Combine crumbs with sweetener in a small bowl or processor. Add margarine and oil, stir or process briefly. Add egg white and stir well or pulse.

Pour crumb mixture into pie plate and spread with back of a spoon, fingers or plastic to cover bottom and sides of pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, cool.
