Crust, Chocolate (D, TNT)
Source: Bon Appetit, January, 1987
Yield: 1 9" crust

3/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons butter
1 egg

Mix together all ingredients, except the egg. Add egg and mix well. Press into buttered bottom of pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool.

Poster's Notes:
I use this for my chocolate cheesecake crust, simply because I like it better than the crushed cookies.
