1 low-fat Graham cracker crust
Topping:
I used a low fat graham cracker crust,. Over the crust I used sugar-free strawberry spread (what I had) mixed with sucralose and rum (which could be optional, but oh, well) I spread this over the crust.
I used 8 oz. of fat free cream cheese blended with 1/3 cup sweetener and vanilla. I mixed 1/3 of a small container of whipped topping then folded in the rest. I poured this over the fruit spread mixture and smoothed it out. I then took a couple of tablespoons of the spread and put it in the middle in order to have the fruit on a cloud.
