1 baked pie crust
In a medium saucepan combine sugar, cocoa and flour. Add margarine and liquid and cook until mixture starts to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Add a small amount of the hot mixture to the eggs, mix well and then fold the egg mixture into the chocolate. Fold 1/3 of the cherry pie filling into the chocolate.
Pour the chocolate into the baked pie crust. Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes, until set but still shiny. Cook and chill for one hour.
Whip the cream. Combine two cups cream and the grated chocolate and spread over the cooled pie. Top with the remaining cherry filling and then the remaining whipped cream. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
