Pickles, Instant (P, TNT)

7 cups. thinly sliced cucumbers (5 or 6 medium)
1 cup thinly sliced onions
1 cup sliced green peppers (rings, thin)
2 cup sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed

Boil sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed together.

Layer cucumbers, onions, and pepper in clean glass jars. Pour vinegar mixture over top to cover. Refrigerate at least 1 day.
