Matzo Balls, Never Fail (P, KLP, TNT)

Yield: 8 to 10 knaidlach

2 large eggs
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup matzo meal

Mix eggs, water and oil. Add salt and matzo meal. Chill about 15 to 20 minutes.

Bring a pot of water to boil.

Wet hands with cold water and form matzo balls. Drop into boiling water. Cover and boil for 30 minutes.

I have been using this recipe for over 20 years and it "never fails!"
