Matzo Balls, Chicken II (M, KLP)

Serves: About 12

2.2 lbs (1kg) chicken breast, ground (don't think dark meat would be esthetic)
12 oz. (300g) almonds, ground
Chives, chopped
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons salt
5 eggs
2 tablespoons KLP baking powder
Up to 1 cup water, as needed

Mix all ingredients except water. Add water to desired consistency. Make as you would other matzo balls.
