2 eggs (large)
Combine eggs and chicken fat. Mix dry ingredients. Add to eggs and fat mixture, mix, then add ginger ale. Put in fridge for 45 minutes. Bring water or chicken soup to low boil, add balls and simmer covered for 45 minutes. Don't lift cover.
