Matzo Balls IV (M/P, KLP, TNT)
Source: a book of the Wizo in Uruguay
Serves: 2 dozen

2 cups matzo flour
1/4 cup chicken fat or oil
3 eggs
1-1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper

Mix all the liquid ingredients together (in an electrical mixer), water, oil or fat, eggs, salt, pepper, for about 2 minutes.

Put the matzo flour into the mix one or less cup at the time and continue mixing. Don't put more than 2 cups, it's enough. It's going to be a little hard to mix but its OK.

Put for some time in the refrigerator, and then make balls. Boil in soup or in hot water.

You can eat them in a soup or only boil them in hot salted water and eat them with meat and sauce, etc.
