4 large eggs
Beat eggs with water then add melted margarine. Add salt, mix in matzo meal (mix well until smooth).
Put in fridge for 20 minutes, roll into balls and drop into boiling water for 20 minutes.
Poster's Notes: I use a little over a cup of matzo meal but be careful, too much turns them into "sinkers."
