Matzo Balls I (M, KLP, TNT)

3 tablespoons onion, sautéed
4 tablespoons oil
1-1/4 cups matzo meal
1 cup boiling water
2 eggs
1 teaspoon chicken soup mix

In Water:
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chicken soup mix

Poster's Noted:
They come out really very soft. Yes, freeze them. They don't have to be frozen in the soup it doesn't matter. If you need to make a lot you'll have to double the recipe or maybe even triple it. I double it and freeze it. Good luck and enjoy.
