Charoset, Sephardic IV (P, KLP)
Source: "Cooking the Sephardic Way," put out by the Sephardic Sisterhood of Temple Tifereth Israel of Los Angeles, CA.
Yield: About 4 cups

1 orange
1 lb. raisins
1 cup sugar

Remove pits from oranges but leave skin on. Grind oranges and raisins, add sugar.

Cook until thickened. Serve at room temperature
