Charoset, Sephardic II (P, KLP)
Source: "Cooking the Sephardic Way," put out by the Sephardic Sisterhood of Temple Tifereth Israel of Los Angeles, CA.
Yield: approximately 5 cups

3/4 cup dark Muscat raisins, soaked to puff
1 lb. pitted dates
1 orange, peeled and pitted
1 apple, peeled and cored
Sweet wine to moisten

Grind all of the fruits together.

Add wine to moisten and mix to combine.
