Charoset, Sephardic I (P, KLP, TNT)

Yield:: 2 cups

1 cup dates
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Kiddush wine, enough to moisten mixture, about 1/4 cup or so.

Chop all the solid ingredients together in a chopping bowl (or food processor; don't tell anyone I wrote this!), moisten with wine until a smooth consistency has been reached.

Chill until ready to serve.

Poster's Notes:
Some people add a chopped apple, but we don't like it because it makes the charoset less sweet.
