Charoset, North African (P, KLP, TNT)

Yield: approximately 2 cups

60g pine nuts
1 cooked egg yolk
1 apple, grated
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup almonds, ground
1/2 cup walnuts, ground
1 lemon juice and zest
cinnamon and ginger (to your own taste)

Mix together all ingredients.
