Charoset, Non-Alcoholic (P, KLP)

Serves: about 3 cups

1/2 lb. pitted dates
1-1/2 cups raisins
2 apples, peeled
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 cup orange juice

Put all the ingredients in a blender or in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process briefly, until coarsely chopped.
