1/2 cup pistachio nuts
Grind the nuts coarsely together in a food processor. Add dry fruit and blend to a paste with texture.
Grate the apple. Add the apple, cinnamon, and pomegranate juice. Mix well. The paste should be sweet, tart, and crunchy.
