2 apples unpeeled, cored and chopped
In a large bowl combine apples, dates, egg, almonds, walnuts, and raisins and blend thoroughly.
Add lemon juice and enough matzo meal to bind the mixture. Mound charoset or roll into 1" balls and serve on a plate.
