4 cups farfel/ferfel
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine farfel/ferfel, coconut, and nuts in a large bowl. Spread onto a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes, tossing several times.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan combine oil, honey, and salt. Simmer stirring constantly until nicely golden. Add farfel/ferfel mixture. Stir until coated evenly. Add cinnamon. Spread on cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes, stirring frequently until brown. Remove and cool. Add fruit. Break up any large chunks.
Store in an air tight container and refrigerate.

Here is a TNT recipe. We couldn't get through Passover without this granola. It is excellent as a cereal, with yoghurt or just for snacking. My favorite way is with applesauce.
