A pie shell recipe
Make up the pie shell recipe. Roll out small portions of it, cut out some 3" round using a saucer dish.
Then take some homemade cherry jam and put about 1 tablespoon of it into the center of each the round. Fold them over, press the edges, sprinkle with sugar and bake them in a 350°F oven until golden.
They really turned out wonderful. My kids are already asking for me to make some more.
