Tassies, Tea (D, TNT)

Yield: 12 large or 24 small (depending on the size muffin tin you use)

Crust:
3 ounces cream cheese
1 stick margarine (no butter)
1 cup flour

Filling:
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons melted margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups chopped pecans

Mix well crust ingredients and mold into muffin tins.

Mix together filling ingredients.

Spoon into the unbaked crust in the muffin tins and bake at 325°F for 30 to 45 minutes, until brown and tops of tarts start to crack.

I generally make 4 batches at a time, since these tend to evaporate from the cookie tin :)
