8 little tartlet shells, pre-baked (click here for recipe)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler. Stir until smooth; cool slightly.
Beat eggs and sugar in large bowl. Fold chocolate mixture into egg mixture, then fold in flour.
Divide filling among tartlet shells. Bake on baking sheet until filling is set, about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with cinnamon whipped cream.

6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped (I imagine chocolate chips would be ok)
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2-1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup whipping cream, whipped with
Pinch of powdered cinnamon
