8 oz. package medium. shells
Prepare shells as directed.
While they're cooking, in sauce pan over low heat, melt butter, flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce is thickened and smooth.
Stir in peas and mushrooms. Cook until peas are tender. Stir in 3 cheeses. Cover over low heat until cheddar is melted.
You can either pour over shells and serve or you can pour over shells, mix well, pour into casserole dish and bake until top is light brown and bubbly.

1 jar sliced mushrooms (drained)
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
