Orzo Florentine (P, TNT)
Source: From the cookbook "Uncommonly Kosher"
Serves: 6 to 8

1 cup orzo, uncooked
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 cups boiling water
10 ounces frozen chipped spinach, defrosted and drained
1/2 stick margarine

In a 8"x8" Pyrex baking dish, mix orzo, onion soup mix, and water. Spread the spinach on top and dot with margarine. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Uncover, stir and bake for 20 minutes uncovered.

Poster's Notes:
I would quadruple this recipe and bake in two 9"x13" pans or however many pans you feel you would need for the amount of people you're having.
