Orzo, Asian (P, TNT)

Serves: 12 to 16

1 16-ounce box orzo
1 8-ounce can water chestnuts
1/4 cup almonds, slivered and toasted
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 4-ounce can mushrooms
1/4 cup oil

Cook and drain orzo.

In a bowl, mix the orzo with the oil, onion soup mix, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and almonds.

Bake in casserole at 350°F for 20 minutes uncovered.
