Noodles w/Cabbage (P, TNT)

Serves: 4

8 oz. medium egg noodles
1/2 medium cabbage, shredded
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 green or red pepper, diced
1 or 2 large onions (we used one diced)
1 10-oz. can sliced mushrooms (or fresh)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt and pepper

Cook noodles drain and set aside.

Sauté onions, celery, pepper, and mushrooms.

When onion mix is lightly brown add shredded cabbage and and cook until transparent, while stirring, then add drained noodles, soy, sugar, spices. Cover and continue cooking for ten minutes.

Poster's Notes:
Good to serve at once.
