1 pound hamburgers or soy crumbles
In a large sauté pan, brown hamburger, onion, and green pepper; add chili powder and garlic salt. Sprinkle noodles on top. Add water, mix the two soups together and pour over meat, mix well.
Bring to steaming, turn to low heat, cook for about 25 minutes, stirring now and then. Sprinkle soy grated cheese over the top (as much as you like) and cook for another 5 minutes.

1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
5 ounces noodles
1 cup water
1 can each tomato and mushroom soups
Soy grated cheese or real cheese, if desired
This was one my Mom would make, and I still think it's surprisingly good with ingredients most people have around the house.
