1 pound ground beef
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Meanwhile, brown the meat (draining if necessary), adding the salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir in the tomato sauce.
Add the oregano. Stir in the pareve sour cream and pareve cream cheese. When macaroni is done, drain and add to the meat mixture.
Poster's Notes:
I used ground turkey. You could probably use any ground meat. I used 3 cloves of garlic (I like garlic and might even try more.) I used bottled tomato sauce, measuring out 15 ounces. Instead of adding macaroni, I served this on egg noodles. I would try adding some canned mushrooms next time.
