Macaroni and Cheese, Baked II (D, TNT)

Serves: 4

2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
4 oz. American cheese (or mixture of American and Cheddar)
1 cup macaroni, cooked
Bread crumbs
Paprika
Parsley

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour, stirring until thoroughly mixed. Add milk, cook until creamy. Break cheese into small pieces while adding to sauce.

When all cheese is melted in, add cooked macaroni. Mix until all is coated. Top with bread crumbs, and spices.

Microwave on 60% power for about 12-15 minutes. Add more milk if needed to loosen, or more flour to thicken. OR: Bake at 375°F for about 25 minutes.

I have never made this in the oven, only microwave.
