Lasagna, Tuna (D, TNT)

Yield: 1 9"x13" pan

7 ounces noodles
2 cans tuna
1 can tomato soup
1 container smooth cottage cheese
1 pint cream
1-1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
1 onion, sliced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Garlic salt, to taste

Boil noodles with 1 tablespoon oil in salt water until tender. Flake tuna and mix with soup.

Fry onions in oil until golden, add mushrooms and allow frying slightly. Add fish mixture and seasoning and allow simmering for about 5 minutes.

Mix cream cheese with cream and half the Cheddar.

Arrange layers: noodles, fish mixture, cheese mixture, etc. Finally, top with balance of Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 190°C (375°F) for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Poster's Notes:
I'm sure you can substitute no-boil noodles and skip the first step.

I substitute cream cheese when the recipe calls for cottage cheese.
