Lasagna w/Meat II (M, TNT)

2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
Dash Soy or Vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce (Click here for recipe)
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 packet or tin of mushroom soup

Brown 1 finely chopped onion with a crushed garlic clove. Add your ground beef and brown that.

Add to mixture tomato ketchup, dash Worcestershire Sauce, 1 egg, salt and pepper.

White Sauce:
Boil 2 cups of water with chicken cubes or stock powder to make it heavily concentrated. To this add either a packet or tin of mushroom soup. Allow to thicken.

Make up the lasagna in the usual way alternating meat, instant lasagna sheets, meat, white sauce, lasagna sheets, meat, and ending with white sauce.

Bake 350°F (180°F) for 30 minutes.

I used to make this many years ago and it was a great hit in my family. You've triggered my memory and I think its time to make it once again.
