1 1-pound package spaghetti, cooked in boiling water, salted, drained and rinsed
Heat enough olive oil to coat the bottom of a soup pot or Dutch oven (stew pot) and brown the meatballs. Add the tomato sauce, the beer and a little water. Cover and simmer for approximately 20 to 30 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Cook the okra in the microwave as per the package directions then add to the meatballs and sauce. Cook a few moments, then add the cooked spaghetti. Taste for salt and pepper.
Poster's Notes:
For the tomato mushroom sauce, I used 1 jar tomato and basil and mushrooms.
I love okra so I invented this. So easy and delicious.

1 can or 1/2 of the jar beer
1 pound frozen okra, sliced
Salt
Pepper
For the meatballs, you can either use a package of frozen, purchased from deli, kosher market, or make your own.
