Serves: 6 to 10 (2 servings per egg)

3 cups all-purpose flour
3 to 5 eggs
3/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt

Beat all ingredients until smooth.

Drop by teaspoonfuls into boiling salted water. Cook for approximately 15 minutes.
