Sour Cream Substitute, Pareve I (P, TNT)

Yield: About 2 cups

1 package soft tofu
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt, to taste

Blend together well and refrigerate for 4 hours to blend flavors.

Poster's Notes:
My mother used to buy an excellent pareve sour cream when we were little, but I can't find it anymore. This works fairly well.
