Egg Substitute, Flax II (P, TNT)

Yield: Equivalent of 1 egg in baking

1 tablespoon flax seeds (found in natural food stores)
3 tablespoons water

Blend for 2 to 3 minutes, or boil for 10 minutes or until desired consistency is achieved to substitute for one egg.
