Egg Substitute, Flax I (P, TNT)

Serves: equivalent of about 18 eggs

1 cup flax seeds
4 cups water

In a blender, process flax seeds to a fine meal. Add water and blend.

Poster's Notes:
Keeps about 2 weeks, refrigerated. 1/4 cup replaces one egg.
