1 lb. firm regular tofu, drained and well mashed

2/3 cup dairy-free mayonnaise
2 tsp. onion granules (onion powder)
1 tsp. garlic granules (garlic powder)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground dill seed or ground caraway seed
I would not use the dill or caraway seed unless the recipe I was using the cottage cheeze in lent itself to those flavorings.
