1/2 cup brown sugar
Combine all ingredients. Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Cool before using. Marinate chickens overnight, then barbecue or oven roast.
I didn't cook the sauce, just marinated overnight the turkey breast in a ziplock bag. Then, I baked it in the oven, turning twice, and when the gravy was dry, I added a little boiling water. Delicious sliced cold or even slightly reheated in the microwave.

1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp. Vegetarian Worcestershire Sauce (click here for recipe)
